I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Malay. Although I decided to not rent out the flat he referred me to, I was still very impressed by his meticulousness in describing the flat, and by the genuine care and consideration I observed he has for all his customers. I was also impressed by how he was able to accommodate my viewing, despite the fact that I just inquired earlier that day. Throughout the whole process, he was very responsive to all my queries and professional in the way he went about everything. I learned a lot of useful tips from him, which were very helpful especially since I’m brand new to flat viewings. It was refreshing to interact with him, an agent who truly cares about people. Anyone who works with this agency is very fortunate!
