Moving to London was very challenging especially the distance from scheduling of viewing to the viewing itself. However, Malay and Ashwini from Albert Grace estate made it possible and smoothen things up. Given our distance from the northeast, they made a live viewing via online for us and catered all queries that we have in mind. Afterwards, they prepared all the paperworks in a timely manner and extremely helpful during the whole transition. They even go beyond by even coming to meet us on a weekend, which was our only free time and their day-off in order to move in to the new property. I was very satisfied both with the property that we have now and the services they bestowed on our moved. We sincerely appreciate the effort that they made, and even treated us as friend.
